Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed 12:00-1:00 p.m. daily for lunch, and closed on holidays and weekends.
- No moves, deliveries or contractors are permitted when the office is closed, including weekends.
- All moves must be scheduled with the Management Office in advance.

Visitors: Please note that we are inside the gated Lansdowne Woods community.
You must call ahead to obtain a visitor pass which must be displayed on your vehicle's dashboard.
The streets in front of The Magnolias are ONE-way, separated by landscaped islands, and the speed limit inside LWVA is 15 mph. Please drive carefully!
Parking is unmarked, except for handicapped spaces and resident-only spaces.
ALL VISITORS (including family members and health care workers) are asked to park in spaces facing the clubhouse, or only in UNMARKED spaces.
