The Magnolias Condominium is supported by a professional management company, Legum & Norman, Inc. In addition, there is a full-time onsite staff that consists of a building manager and assistant manager and an engineer and assistant engineer.
Our managers provide the Board and the standing committees with administrative support and provide the residents with many value-added services. Our engineers maintain the mechanical aspects of the common areas and also offer residents optional in-unit services, for nominal fees that are paid to the Association.
In addition, various contracted service providers handle housekeeping, trash removal and other vital functions. Both housekeeping and trash removal services are provided seven days a week.
